This project started in the early phase of the building preparation. The investors, a successful couple, wanted the space to be tailored to their lifestyle from the very beginning, not to follow a generic developer layout.
The apartment is organized on two levels. The lower floor functions as a clearly zoned, practical space for everyday living, while the upper level is designed as a private urban oasis with an open-air swimming pool and panoramic city views.
Everyday Living Space
The central circular area of the apartment was designed as an open-plan living space where the living room, dining area, and kitchen naturally connect.

Grey sofas, clean lines, and a neutral palette create a calm base. Textures and subtle accents in blue-grey and green tones add movement. The clients appreciate geometry and simple yet interesting wall finishes, so the sharp architectural lines are complemented by carefully selected details.

The matte anthracite kitchen is designed as a clean, functional zone. A wood-textured worktop introduces warmth, while most small appliances are stored in the pantry and used only when needed. The U-shaped layout includes a cooktop with integrated extraction and a semi-bar for quick meals. A large double refrigerator and a wine cooler are discreetly integrated into the tall cabinetry composition.

The dining table for eight, with a thin top and no extension, reinforces the minimal character of the interior.

The more intimate part of the floor is dedicated to the master zone: a bedroom with a closed wardrobe and a bathroom combining a walk-in shower with a linear drain and a bathtub. There is no TV in the bedroom; the focus is on rest.

Within the master zone, a separate study with a library and a hobby area was created. In addition to the work desk, a dedicated display area for Lego models was designed, a detail that clearly shows that the design adapts to people, not the other way around.

The guest area is positioned separately from the private zone, with its own bedrooms and bathrooms.
View and Energy of the Upper Level
The upper floor is conceived as a space for relaxation and socializing. The open-air swimming pool (8 x 3 m) is positioned to fully capture the city view, with no visual obstacles.
Large glass surfaces open the space on multiple sides, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior. Alongside the pool, a small kitchen with a bar, a shower zone, and a workout area were designed, allowing this level to function as an independent unit.

The interior follows a modern, minimal expression with Scandinavian influence: a neutral base, light wooden flooring, carefully selected textures, and precise lines.
The clients did not want a space that impresses at first glance. Their goal was a home that provides long-term calm and stability; a place where they can truly unwind after an intense working day.
