New Home, Same Design Team

Before purchasing their new apartment, the clients lived in a duplex whose interior had also been designed by our studio.

After spending enough time in that space to truly experience how it functions in everyday life, they realized that this approach to interior design suited them well. When they decided to buy their own apartment in Belgrade, they wanted the new interior to be developed in a similar spirit.

For that reason, this project did not start from zero in stylistic terms. The starting point was the space they had already lived in and enjoyed, while the task was to translate that atmosphere into a new apartment with a different layout and different spatial possibilities.

The interior concept is based on light, natural tones, wood textures, carefully balanced metal accents, and a warm, calm atmosphere. An ethanol fireplace became one of the key elements of the living area, giving character to the open space that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Particular attention was given to visual connections throughout the apartment, especially the sense of openness and natural light, as well as the view from the master bedroom. It was important for the clients that the space remain calm, bright, and visually clear, without unnecessary elements.

The kitchen island was designed as a standing-height bar, suitable both for short stays and for working, which was one of the specific requests from the beginning. At the same time, careful attention was given to storage, so the apartment integrates a large number of wardrobes and storage areas without disturbing the overall feeling of lightness and order.

The apartment includes a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, an open living area with kitchen and dining space, a terrace, two bathrooms, and a separate laundry room. All spaces are connected through the same language of materials and details, while each was developed according to its function and everyday use.
