Start Hub project is the interior design solution we provided for a business hub in the heart of Dubai. This working area is designed to serve the specific needs of mobile workers, whether young entrepreneurs and creative freelancers looking for an inspiring workplace or small working groups looking for a place to collaborate and meet outside of the office. In addition, Start Hub will host many events dedicated to entrepreneurship, technology, and design.
The intent was to create a cozy and contemporary office space with open plans that wouldn`t feel too formal. The existing planning code and client’s preferences were translated into the design rules for external modeling and the result was a simple cubic form with a part stone façade in golden ratio with broad glass curtain walls.
