Last month our team came out with a design for a charming little cocktail bar.
The object is settled in the lovely marina in the UK and has a glorious view of the surroundings. Yet, although it might seem like a perfect place for chilling and ship spotting, as designers we have to say that the geometry of the place was somewhat challenging.
To be more precise, the object has two levels connected by a spiral staircase. Both floors are a bit narrow and unusually shaped. Thus, the final design had to be practical yet cozy in to widen the place up. One of the solutions was setting one tiny bar on the ground floor, the bigger one upstairs. The place also has a cute little terrace which will for sure be packed during the summer.
Similar to the coffee shop we have designed a few months back, this bar is also designed in a vibrant industrial style with many colorful details scattered all around the place. We believe this cheery style will bring a bit more softness to the rough industrial style. Moreover, it seems like our clients like it very much!
